What happens when I select “Remove all the existing access” in the Share Access pop-up for bulk QR codes?
When you select the “Remove all the existing access” option, the system removes all previously granted access permissions for the selected bulk batch before performing any new sharing actions.

This removal applies to all QR codes within that bulk batch, even if access was previously given to specific individual QR codes inside the batch.
If you have also selected other share options (such as Primary Email in Card Profile or Share Access Email), those new access permissions will be applied only after the existing access is completely removed.
This ensures that only the newly shared users retain access to the bulk QR codes, and no previous access remains active.
Note: If only this option is selected, it will remove all existing access without assigning any new access permissions.
