While sharing access for bulk digital business cards, which email address from the bulk Excel file is used when “Share Access Email” is selected?

When the “Share Access Email” column option is selected while sharing access, the system uses the email addresses entered in the “Share Access Email” column of your uploaded Excel file to grant access.

The access invitation is sent directly to these email IDs, and the respective users will receive an email notification with a link to access their digital business card.

If this column is blank for all records, the system will display an error, and the sharing process will not continue.

If the column is blank for some records, access will not be shared for those specific digital business cards.

Note: Make sure the “Share Access Email” column is present in your uploaded Excel file and contains valid email addresses before initiating the sharing process.
