Can I share access just for an individual QR code created in a bulk batch?
Yes. You can use Share Access to give someone Edit Access, View Form Responses access, or View Analytics access for an individual QR code within a bulk batch.
Follow these steps:

Go to your Dashboard → Bulk QR Codes.
- Find the bulk batch for your Digital Business Cards, Form QR Codes, or Product QR Codes.

Click View All to see all QR codes in that batch.
- Locate the specific QR code you want to share.

Click the three dots (⋮) icon and select Share Access.

Enter the email address of your team member or client, choose the required access permission, and click Share.
This will give that person access to the selected QR code only.
Note: For an individual digital business card created in a bulk batch, any Field Locking settings configured for the bulk template continue to apply when Edit Access is shared. The recipient can edit unlocked fields, while locked fields remain read-only or hidden from edit mode based on the admin’s settings.
Field Locking does not apply to Form QR Codes or Product QR Codes.
