What should I do if my updated PDF is not displaying after scanning the PDF QR code?
If your updated PDF is not showing after scanning the QR code, it is usually due to browser caching.
Please try the following:
- Clear your browser cache and scan the QR code again.
- Scan the QR code in an incognito or private window.
- If you kept the same file name, rename the file in the File Manager, copy the updated file URL, and update the URL in your QR code.
- Try scanning the QR code on a different device.
