How can I update the PDF in my QR code if I used an external shareable link?

If your PDF QR code is linked to an external file (like from Google Drive or Dropbox), you can update it by replacing the old shareable link with the new one.

Steps:

1. Upload your updated PDF to a file-hosting platform such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or another service.
2. Make sure the PDF’s sharing settings are set to public or accessible to anyone with the link.
3. Copy the new shareable link of your updated PDF.

4. Go to your Dashboard and click the Edit icon on your existing PDF QR code.

   

5. In the editor, replace the old link with your new PDF link.

6. Click Save to apply the changes.

   

Your QR code will now open the updated PDF when scanned.

Note:

Ensure that the link permissions allow anyone with the link to view the file. If the link is restricted, users scanning the QR code won’t be able to access the PDF.
