Can users upload profile pictures through the form in the approval-based Digital Business Card workflow?

Yes. You can allow users to upload profile pictures through the form by adding a File Upload field.

When configuring the File Upload field, you can set it to accept only image files. At the moment, only JPG and PNG image formats are supported. You can also define the maximum number of files, expected image size, and aspect ratio to ensure the uploaded images meet your Digital Business Card requirements.

After adding the file upload field, map it to the profile image field of the Digital Business Card. Once the form submission is approved, the uploaded image is automatically applied to the Digital Business Card.
