How do I set up a form to create landing pages only after approval?

To set up approval-based landing page creation, configure your form as follows.

1. Create or edit the form and add the fields needed to collect the information required to create the landing page.

   Tip: Give your form a clear and relevant name in the Form Name field. This makes it easier to identify the form when reviewing and approving form responses.

2. Go to the Form Integration Settings for the form and enable the Enable landing page creation on form submission option.
3. Choose the landing page type you want to create.
4. Link the form to the required bulk file.
5. Map the form fields to the corresponding landing page fields.
6. Select After manual approval of submitted form responses as the landing page creation method.
7. Enable Send email notification for approval request and enter the email address where approval notifications should be sent.

Note: If you want to allow members to resubmit the form, for example, if their response is rejected, disable the Do not show this form multiple times to the same user option in the form settings.

Once configured and saved, landing pages will be created only after you approve the submitted form responses.
