Where can I find Digital Business Card form submissions awaiting approval?

You can find all Digital Business Card form submissions awaiting approval in your Dashboard under the Form Responses section.

In the Form Responses list, locate your form using the QR Name. This name matches the name you used when saving the form. Once you find the correct form, click View Responses to see all submitted requests.

From there, you can review each submission and choose to Approve or Reject the request.
