How do I download the report for my event ticket bulk batch?
You can download the event ticket report for your bulk batch from the Bulk QR Codes section in your dashboard.
To download it:
- Go to your Dashboard and click Bulk QR Codes.
- Locate your event ticket bulk batch.
- Click the three dots (⋮) next to it and select Download Report.
Once you click Download Report, the system will start processing your data.
After processing is complete, the report will be available under Dashboard → Downloads.
The report is downloaded in .xlsx format and includes details such as the event ticket link, invited guest name, attendance status, and RSVP response (Yes, No, Maybe).
Note: The event ticket report is available only for event ticket bulk batches.
