Where can I view RSVP responses for my bulk event ticket QR codes?
You can view and download RSVP responses for your bulk event ticket QR codes directly from the Bulk QR Codes section.
To check RSVP responses:
- Go to your Dashboard and click Bulk QR Codes.
- Locate your bulk event ticket batch and click the three dots (⋮) next to it.
You can choose from the following two options:
- Download Report – to download a detailed report with all RSVP responses.
- Event Attendance Summary – to view a quick overview showing total invited, attended, and pending check-ins, along with RSVP counts (Yes, No, Maybe).
All RSVP responses are automatically updated in real time and available for quick review or download.
Note: Once you click Download Report, the system will start processing your data. After processing is complete, the event ticket report will be available under Dashboard → Downloads.
