How to Share Access for a Digital Business Card?

The Share Access feature lets you give your team members or clients access to their digital business cards so they can edit details, view analytics, or check form responses — without logging in to your account.

You can use this feature to collaborate with your team or to allow clients to manage their own cards securely.

To Share Access

  1. Go to your Dashboard.
  2. Find the digital business card you want to share.
  3. Click the three dots (⋮) icon and select Share Access.
  4. Enter the recipient’s email address and click Share.

The person will receive an email with a link to set their password and access their card.

Access Levels

You can choose what level of access to give:

  • Edit Access: Allows full editing of card details and viewing analytics, contacts, and form responses.
  • View Contacts & Responses: Allows viewing analytics and collected contacts but no editing.
  • View Analytics Only: Allows viewing scan data without editing rights.
