What is the Share Access feature and how does it work?

The Share Access feature lets you give other users permission to view or edit specific QR codes without giving access to your entire account.

It is available for Digital Business Cards, Form QR Codes, and Product QR Codes.

You can use it to:

  • Allow team members to edit or update their own QR codes
  • Share analytics or form responses securely
  • Collaborate without sharing login credentials

You can grant different levels of access:

  • Edit Access: Full editing rights plus analytics and response viewing
  • View Collected Contacts and Form Responses: Can view analytics and submissions only
  • View Analytics: Can see scan analytics but not edit the QR code

This feature helps teams and organizations manage QR codes safely and efficiently.
