What is the Share Access feature and how does it work?

The Share Access feature lets you give other users permission to view or edit specific QR codes without giving them access to your entire account.

It is available for Digital Business Cards, Form QR Codes, PDF QR Codes, URL QR Codes, and Product QR Codes.

You can use Share Access to:

• Let team members update permitted information
• Allow clients to manage their own QR codes
• Share analytics, collected contacts, or form responses
• Collaborate without sharing account login credentials

What access permissions are available?

• Edit Access: Allows the user to edit the shared QR code and access analytics, collected contacts, and form responses where applicable. For eligible digital business cards, Field Locking can limit which card fields users with Edit Access can modify. Locked fields can be made read-only or hidden from their edit mode.
• View Collected Contacts and Form Responses: Allows the user to view analytics, collected contacts, and form submissions without editing the QR code.
• View Analytics: Allows the user to view scan and performance analytics without editing the QR code or accessing collected responses.

This feature helps teams and organizations manage QR codes safely and efficiently.
