I’ve already created Digital Business Cards in bulk for my team. Can I now enable two-way contact sharing for them?

Yes, you can enable two-way contact sharing for your bulk-created Digital Business Cards. Here’s how:

1. Go to your Bulk QR Codes on your dashboard and click Edit for the Digital Business Card bulk you created.
2. Enable the Collect Contacts component.
3. If you haven’t already saved the Form Usage settings at your account level, you’ll need to:
   • Accept the QRCodeChimp Form Usage Terms.
   • Provide your Terms of Service URL, Privacy Policy URL, and a valid email address where end users can contact you.
   • Customize the contact form fields as per your requirements.
4. Choose whether you want the form to appear on multiple scans from the same device.
5. Save your bulk.

The update may take some time to apply. Once completed, your Digital Business Cards will start showing the Collect Contact form on scan, enabling two-way contact sharing.

Note: If you’ve already set up the Form Usage settings at the account level and want to use the same configuration, you can skip step 3.
