While sharing Digital Business Card links in bulk, which email address is used when “Primary email in the card profile” is selected?

When you share Digital Business Card links from a bulk and select Primary email in the card profile, QRCodeChimp sends the unique card link to the email address added in the Contact Us section of each Digital Business Card.

How is the primary email determined?

If the Contact Us section contains only one email address, that email address is used.

If multiple email addresses are added to the Contact Us section, the first email address is treated as the primary email and is used for sharing the card link.

How does this appear in the bulk Excel file?

The email address is taken from the email field corresponding to the Contact Us component in your bulk Excel file.

For example, the column name may look similar to:

2.Contact Info:1.email.Email  

The numbers in the column name depend on the position of the Contact Us component and email field in your Digital Business Card design. Therefore, the exact column name may vary depending on your card layout.
