Form fields are mapped to landing page fields using the field names defined in the landing page bulk Excel file.

When creating a form, users map each form field label to a specific bulk Excel field name. During landing page creation from the submitted form response, the entered values are applied to these mapped fields, ensuring the data populates the correct landing page fields.

Once the landing page is created successfully, the generated landing page QR code appears in the linked bulk batch, and the corresponding entry is also included when the bulk Excel file is downloaded.
