What is field mapping and why is it important for creating Digital Business Cards using forms?

Field mapping is the process of linking form fields to the corresponding fields in a Digital Business Card bulk Excel file.

Field mapping becomes relevant when the Enable landing page creation on form submission option is enabled in Form Integration Settings.

In this setup, when a user submits the form, the mapped fields determine where each piece of information, such as name, designation, contact details, or uploaded files like profile images and logos, appears on the Digital Business Card.

Field mapping is important because it ensures accurate and consistent card creation. It allows Digital Business Cards to be created automatically from form submissions, either instantly or after approval, without any manual intervention.
