Why doesn’t QRCodeChimp ask for SPF, DKIM, or sending IP details when sending system emails from my domain?
When you choose to send system emails from your own email domain using custom SMTP, QRCodeChimp sends those emails through the SMTP server or email relay that you configure. QRCodeChimp does not send these emails from its own email servers.
Since the emails are delivered entirely through your email service provider, QRCodeChimp does not manage SPF, DKIM, or sending IP settings. These authentication records are tied to your domain and must be configured directly with your email provider.
To ensure proper authentication and deliverability when sending system emails from your domain, please refer to your email service provider’s documentation for setting up SPF and DKIM, as the configuration steps vary by provider.
