Can I receive email notifications for Digital Business Card approval requests?

Yes. In your form, if you select After manual approval of submitted form responses as the landing page creation option, you can receive email notifications for approval requests.

To enable this, turn on the Send email notification for approval request option in the Form settings and add one or more email addresses. Once enabled, an email notification will be sent whenever a new form response is submitted and awaits approval.
