Why is my form not displaying when the QR code is scanned?

This usually happens when the Do not show this form multiple times to the same user option is enabled in your form settings.

When this option is turned on, the form is displayed only once on the same device or browser. After the form is submitted, it will not appear again if the QR code is scanned from the same device or browser.

If you want the form to appear every time the QR code is scanned, you can disable this option from the Form Settings.
