If I delete a sub-account, will the QR codes created and files uploaded by the sub-account be deleted?

No. Deleting a sub-account does not delete the QR codes created or files uploaded by that sub-account.

The QR codes and uploaded files remain in the main account, which is the primary QRCodeChimp account under which the sub-account was created. Any published QR code links continue to work without any changes.

Ownership of the QR codes and uploaded files is transferred to the main account. For QR codes created by the deleted sub-account, the Created by field is updated to the main account user’s name.

You can continue to view, manage, and edit the QR codes and files from the main account.

If the same sub-account is added again later, access to those QR codes and files is not restored automatically. The main account will need to share access again.
