How do I set up Multi-Factor Authentication for my sub-account users in QRCodeChimp?

You can enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for sub-account users to improve login security.

⚠️ Prerequisite: Make sure the sub-account user has an authenticator app installed, such as Google Authenticator or Authy.

Follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your QRCodeChimp account and navigate to the Dashboard.
  2. From the navigation panel, go to Settings → Security, Email, Password.
  3. Under Two-Factor Authentication, enable the option for the Sub-account.

  4. A pop-up will appear — click Enable to activate.

  5. A confirmation message will display once MFA is successfully activated.

After activation, the sub-account user must scan the QR code using their authenticator app and enter the generated verification code. For future logins, they’ll need to use their user ID, password, and the authenticator app code.
