Why is my Digital Business Card not getting added to the Apple Wallet?
If your Digital Business Card is not getting added to the Apple Wallet, one common reason is invalid color codes entered in the Colors section under the Design/Settings tab.
Apple Wallet only accepts valid HEX color codes (for example, #000000
for black or #FFFFFF
for white).
How to fix it:
- Log in to your QRCodeChimp account and go to your Dashboard.
- Locate your Digital Business Card and click Edit.
- Go to the Design/Settings tab.
In the Colors section, check the values entered.
- Replace any invalid entries with valid HEX color codes (always starting with
#
followed by six or eight characters). - Save your card and then try adding it to Apple Wallet again.
Once the colors are corrected, the card should successfully be added to Apple Wallet.
