  • New Features:
    • Forms Approval Flow for QR Code Creation (Available for Ultima and above): You can now configure forms to automatically generate QR codes from form submissions. QR codes can be created immediately or after your approval, based on the form configuration.
    • File Uploads in Forms: QR code forms now support file uploads, allowing you to collect images, PDFs, and other supporting files directly through form submissions.
    • Event Ticket Validator: A new web-based ticket validator lets you quickly verify event tickets at entry points. It also supports white-labeled tickets for branded events.
    • Download Analytics Overview (Available for Ultima and above): You can now download your analytics overview report directly from the dashboard for sharing, reporting, or offline analysis.
  • Enhancements:
    • Faster Dashboard Performance: The dashboard now loads faster, even for accounts with very large numbers of QR codes and scans.
    • Improved QR Code Search Filters: New filters such as Status, Solution Type, and Campaign End Date make it easier to find and manage your QR codes.
    • Dashboard Notifications: You’ll now see clear alerts if:
      • Your plan is nearing expiry (for non-subscription plans)
      • Your plan has expired
    • Faster Analytics Loading: Analytics pages load significantly faster, even for high-volume QR codes with lakhs of scans.
    • Standardized Date Filters: The Last 7, 30, and 90-day analytics filters now exclude the current date, providing more consistent and accurate reporting.
    • Enhanced Analytics Detailed Reports: Detailed analytics reports now support very large datasets, ensuring smooth access even for high-traffic QR codes.

    • Folder Sharing with Sub-Accounts: You can now share folders with your sub-accounts, making collaboration and QR code management smoother across teams.
  • Enhancements:
    • Forms: A clearer, more intuitive interface for updating your Terms & Privacy settings.
    • Social Media Solution: Now upgraded to a component-based structure for greater design flexibility. All your existing QR codes will continue to work without any changes.
    • Event Ticketing Improvements:
      • Add brand logo, venue, start date, and end date directly inside the ticket builder.
      • Emails sent via “Share Ticket via Email” now include the PDF ticket automatically.
      • Customize your ticket PDF colors before sending.
      • New “RSVP” option in the email pop-up, allowing guests to confirm attendance directly from their inbox.
      • View RSVP responses for bulk tickets in the Event Attendance Summary and download them in the report.
  • General Platform Enhancements
    • Improved text clarity across the platform.
    • Transparent backgrounds are now supported in QR previews.
    • A loader has been added to the Analytics page for better visibility while data loads.

  • Enhancements:
    • Simpler Email Verification: For “Email me on scan” and “Email me on form submission,” you can now add unverified emails. However, recipients will only start receiving emails after they verify their address. For Individual QR Codes, an email verification link will be sent instead of OTP.
    • Better Analytics Exports: Excel reports now include separate “IP Location” and “GPS Location” columns, plus a new “GPS Lat, Long” field for precise coordinates.
    • Smarter Feedback Forms: Added a checkbox: “Don’t show this form multiple times to the same user,” so you don’t see the same form repeatedly.
    • Cleaner AD Landing Pages: Empty fields in the “Contact Us” section are now hidden automatically for a neater look.

    • Precise Location Tracking for Bulk QR Codes: You can now track precise GPS locations (with ZIP codes, where available) for bulk QR codes, providing more accurate insights.
    • Smart Feedback: You can now choose whether to collect feedback only for low ratings or for all ratings via the Smart Feedback component so that you can capture complete customer sentiment.
    • Dynamic Hidden Fields in Forms: Add automatic identifiers, like Form Name or QR Name, to form data for smarter tracking and segmentation.
    • Bulk Upload for Forms and Feedback Solutions: Quickly create or update multiple forms and feedback QRs at once to save time.
    • Custom Redirect Delay: Set your own delay time before redirecting users after they submit a form or rating for better user flow.

    • vCard Plus has been discontinued, but your existing vCard Plus QR codes will continue to work as usual.

    • Active Directory (Entra ID) Integration (Ultima and above): Connect your QRCodeChimp account with Microsoft Entra ID to automatically create and update digital business cards, saving time and reducing manual setup.
    • Hidden Fields in Forms (Starter and above): Add invisible fields to your forms to capture internal or tracking data without showing them to users. The hidden data is included in your form responses.
    • UTM Tracking (Starter and above): Automatically append UTM parameters to links in your QR codes to track performance in analytics tools like Google Analytics.
    • Precise Location Tracking (Pro and above): Enable GPS-based scan tracking (with user permission) for URL and component-based QR codes. If location access is denied, an approximate IP-based location will be recorded.

    • Simplified White Label Setup: Setting up White Label and Merchandise is now easier with a guided step-by-step flow, helping you go live faster with less support.
    • Auto Reactivation on Plan Upgrade: If your QR codes were paused due to plan expiry, they’ll now reactivate automatically once you upgrade your plan.
    • Default Components Enabled: When creating a new QR code using component-based solutions, helpful tools like “Appointment Booking” and “Collect Contact” are pre-enabled for a smoother start.
    • Digital Business Card Redirect: Digital Business Cards with forms will redirect to www.qrcodechimp.page instead of www.qrcodechimp.com for better performance and reliability.

      The claiming process has been improved to be more user-friendly. It now features updated, mobile-optimized screens for a smoother experience.

    • Introduced the Share Access Feature for the Product Solution

      Users can now share editing permissions, analytics viewing, and form response access for the Product QR code.

    • Page QR and Page Sharing Options Introduced For All Component-Based Solutions

      The Page QR option lets you add digital page QR codes (e.g., the Product QR code) to your home screen or save them to your gallery for quick access anytime. Plus, the Page Sharing option makes it easy to share your pages with others.

      • This report helps event organizers assess event performance by comparing the number of attendees to invitees and identifying duplicate entries.
