Why does my PDF QR code become dynamic when I upload the file to File Manager?

When you upload a file (such as a PDF) directly into the File Manager, the QR code is automatically created as dynamic. This is because our system needs to track the file reference to ensure it is not deleted by the cleanup process.

Static QR codes cannot be tracked. So if you upload a file without making your QR code dynamic, the file may be removed after a few days as part of routine cleanup.

If you want a static QR code for your PDF, you can first upload the file to an external service like Google Drive or Dropbox and then use that shareable link to generate your static QR code.
