Can I make selected digital business card fields read-only?

Yes. For digital business cards created through bulk upload, Active Directory integration, or SSO integration, you can use Field Locking to make eligible fields read-only for users with Edit Access.

A read-only field remains visible in edit mode, but the user cannot change it. You can apply the setting to an entire section or configure individual fields separately.

The main account and authorized sub-accounts can continue updating read-only fields.

Fields mapped from Active Directory or SSO are already read-only in QRCodeChimp and do not require additional field-locking settings.

Field Locking is available on the Pro plan and above.
