What happens if 'Directory.Read.All' and 'User.Read.All' permissions are not granted?

If Directory.Read.All   and User.Read.All   are not approved:

• Azure AD integration will not function
• Digital Business Cards cannot be automatically created from directory data
• User profile synchronization will not occur

Without these permissions, Active Directory based automation is not possible.
