What is the purpose of the Export Consolidated Form Responses option in bulk QR codes?

The Export Consolidated Form Responses option allows you to download form submissions from all QR codes within a bulk batch in a single export.

In a bulk batch, all QR codes are linked to the same structure form(s). Downloading responses separately for each QR code can be time-consuming. Since the form structure is the same across the batch, it makes practical sense to consolidate all responses into one file for easier analysis and reporting.

The exported file includes a QR Name column, which helps you identify which specific QR code each response was collected from.

If one form is linked to the batch, a single consolidated Excel file is downloaded. If multiple forms are linked, a ZIP file is downloaded containing separate consolidated response Excel files for each form.
