What is a Smart QR Code?

A Smart QR Code is a dynamic QR code that does not point to fixed content. Instead, it uses Smart QR Rules to redirect users based on conditions such as device type, day of the week, time, or other defined rules. This makes a single QR code suitable for multiple use cases.

It also allows you to change the destination type even after the QR code is created or printed. For example, the same QR code can first direct users to a website and later be updated to open a Product or Digital Business Card QR Code, without changing the printed QR code.

You can link a Smart QR Code to any of your saved QR codes, such as a Product QR Code, Digital Business Card, Form QR Code, or other solutions.

For example, you may initially set a Smart QR Code to open a saved Product QR Code. Later, your requirement changes, and you want the same QR code to open a precomposed email instead. You can simply edit the Smart QR Code, change the destination to email, and save it. The QR code image remains the same.

This flexibility allows you to reuse the same QR code across campaigns and update its purpose whenever needed.
