Why are GPS location fields sometimes missing in the analytics report?

The data in the GPS location fields appears only when the user allows location access on their device after scanning the QR code. If the user denies permission, if GPS is turned off, or if the device does not support GPS, the data in those fields will remain empty in the analytics report.
