  • New Features:
    • GS1 QR Code Generator: We’ve introduced GS1 QR Code Generator to create GS1-compliant QR codes, allowing you to replace traditional 1D barcodes with a single "smart" code. These stores store essential retail data while simultaneously linking customers to rich digital content such as manuals and promotions.
    • SSO Integration for Digital Business Card Creation: You can now make digital business card creation seamless for your team with Microsoft and Google SSO integration. Once you configure and verify your company domain(s) or upload an email list, employees can automatically receive their branded digital business cards the first time they sign in using their existing work accounts.
    • Global Search for QR Codes: Locate any QR code across your entire account in seconds. Use the new Global Search bar to filter by name, short URL, or solution type, covering individual codes, bulk uploads, and integrations.

  • Enhancements
    • Advanced Analytics: Unique Scans: The Overview report now includes a “Unique Scans” field. This helps you distinguish between total interactions and actual audience reach by counting scans from unique devices.
    • Bulk Batch Automation: Managing large-scale campaigns just got easier. You can now choose to automatically enable share access, trigger notification emails, and include the QR code in email notifications for future records added to a bulk batch. This helps ensure new recipients receive their codes or access promptly without repeated manual steps.
    • Digital Business Card Contact Management: We’ve overhauled the way you manage the leads you collect:
      • One-Click Export: Download your collected leads directly from Dashboard > Contacts.
      • Smart Filtering: The contact page now defaults to the specific card you are viewing, with a simple toggle to see consolidated leads from your entire account.

Pro tip: If you are an enterprise user, check with your account administrator to see if SSO Auto-Onboarding has been enabled for your company domain.

    • Ai Business Card Reader (OCR): Turn physical business cards into digital contacts in seconds. The new AI Business Card Reader lets you scan and save your contacts instantly, which you can easily access from the “My Contacts” section of your digital business card.

      This feature is available for users of all paid plans. Free plan users can also avail this with add-on scans.

    • Contact Exchange Form: Networking just got smoother with two-way contact sharing. From now on, when someone saves your contact, they are instantly prompted to share theirs via the 'Contact Exchange Form' with you without needing any extra steps. Easy peasy!
  • Enhancements:
    • Improved Active Directory Integration: The setup process is now more flexible and easier to follow, with clearer steps for different use cases. You can also configure email notifications for better visibility and control.
    • Easier Contact Management: All your contacts, such as forms, scans, exchanges, or manual entries, are now available in one place under the new ‘Contacts’ section in the dashboard.
    • Cleaner Dashboard Experience: The sidebar has been reorganized to simplify navigation, with quick access to your profile and plan details.
    • Smarter Navigation: Finding the right solution is faster with the new search feature on the ‘Solutions’ page.
    • Better Link Handling: If your preferred short URL is already taken, you can now quickly generate a new one without starting over.
    • More Flexibility: You can now switch from older business or social pages to the latest versions with ease.
    • Enhanced Coupon Code Management: Based on your feedback, we have enabled you to add labels to coupon codes, making them easier to organize and manage across campaigns and use cases.

  • Custom SMTP Support: Users on the ULTIMA plan and above can configure their own SMTP settings under Settings. This allows you to send emails from your own mail server, ensuring consistent branding and better control over email delivery.
  • Form Responses Improvements:
    • A new “Categories filter” lets you sort form responses by type (e.g., Smart Feedback, Approval Form, Collect Contacts), making it easier to find the data you need.
    • Each response now displays the short URL of the QR code it belongs to, so you can quickly identify where submissions came from.
    • A “View Summary” option gives you a quick snapshot of total responses, pending approvals, and more.
    • You can now sort form responses right on the “View Responses” page to find relevant entries faster.

    • Share Access for URL & PDF QR Codes (Available for Pro and above): You asked, we obliged. You can now share access to your URL and PDF QR codes with teammates without handing over full account control. This makes collaboration simpler when multiple people need to manage or review the same QR code.
  • Enhancements:
    • Bulk QR Code Sample File for Improved Workflow: When working with bulk uploads, you’ll now need to save the bulk first before downloading the sample file. This ensures the sample matches your latest configuration and avoids errors during upload.
    • Analytics Enhancements
      • Date Filters Now Available to All Users: Analytics just got more flexible, even on lower plans.
        • Free plan: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days (default: Last 7 Days)
        • Starter plan: All Free filters + Last 30 Days (default: Last 30 Days)
        • Pro & above: Full range of date filters (default: Last 30 Days)

          This makes it easier to track performance over the timeframe that matters to you.

      • Scan ID Added to Detailed Analytics Reports: A new “Scan ID column” has been added to detailed analytics reports. This helps you identify unique scans more clearly, improving analysis and reporting accuracy.
      • Timezone Display in Analytics: Analytics now clearly shows the “timezone” used for reporting. This eliminates confusion when reviewing scan activity across regions or sharing reports with teams in different locations.
      • Cleaner Scan Counts in Analytics Graphs: Scan numbers in analytics graphs are now easier to read. Large numbers are automatically formatted (e.g., 1,000 → 1K), making trends easier to understand at a glance.
    • Auto Save Contact Option (Available Only with Paid Plans): You can now enable “Auto Save Contact” in Contact Us–based QR codes. 

      When someone scans your QR code, your contact details are automatically saved to their phone, just like tapping “Add to Contacts” on Android and iOS. This reduces clicks and improves follow-through.

    • Better Email Sharing for Digital Business Cards: When you share your digital business card QR code via email, recipients now also get:
      • An Apple Wallet link
      • A Google Wallet link

        This makes it easier for your contacts to save and access your card instantly.
