Why do I need to verify email addresses before using them to receive notifications from QRCodeChimp?

Email verification is required to ensure that the email addresses you add are valid and belong to you or your team. This helps prevent misuse and improves the reliability of email delivery.

You must verify any email address you want to use for:

• Receiving scan notifications
• Receiving form submission notifications
• Displaying as a support email in your forms

All email addresses added in these flows appear in the Manage Email Notification Recipients page, where you can resend the verification link, delete an address, or add new ones.

Once an email is verified, you can use it in any notification.
