What happens to my QR codes if I downgrade my plan?

When you downgrade your plan, your account will follow the limits of the new plan. Only the number of dynamic QR codes allowed by your new plan will remain active, and the rest will be paused.

Which QR Codes Remain Active: The oldest QR codes (created first) will remain active, while the newest ones falling out of the plan limit will be paused.

Example: If you have 250 active dynamic QR codes on PRO plan and downgrade to STARTER, only the first 50 dynamic QR codes you created will remain active. The remaining 200 will be paused.

What Gets Affected:

• Dynamic QR codes exceeding new plan limits
• Monthly scan allowance
• Advanced features (like white labeling if downgrading from ULTIMA)

Static QR codes always remain active regardless of plan changes.
