- Take a screenshot of your DNS settings page from your domain provider.
- Share the screenshot with our support team (support@qrcodechimp.com) so we can check and reply accordingly.
- Make sure you don't have a proxy enabled on the added CNAME record.
Common Issues to Check:
- Verify the CNAME record points to the correct target provided by QRCodeChimp.
- Ensure there are no typos in the subdomain name or target value.
- Check that DNS changes have had time to propagate (up to 24 hours).
- Disable any proxy settings (like Cloudflare proxy) on the CNAME record.
