Immediate Actions:

  1. Take a screenshot of your DNS settings page from your domain provider.
  2. Share the screenshot with our support team (support@qrcodechimp.com) so we can check and reply accordingly.
  3. Make sure you don't have a proxy enabled on the added CNAME record.

Common Issues to Check:

  • Verify the CNAME record points to the correct target provided by QRCodeChimp.
  • Ensure there are no typos in the subdomain name or target value.
  • Check that DNS changes have had time to propagate (up to 24 hours).
  • Disable any proxy settings (like Cloudflare proxy) on the CNAME record.

What to Include When Contacting Support:

  • Screenshot of your DNS settings page.
  • Your subdomain name (e.g., app.yourdomain.com).
