How to verify if my CNAME record is set up correctly?

After adding the CNAME record to your DNS settings, you can verify the setup directly from your QRCodeChimp account.

Verification Steps:

1. Go to White Label Settings page: https://www.qrcodechimp.com/user/settings?s=whitelabelling

2. Click the Verify button available on the page.

   

3. Our system will check your DNS configuration and show you the result (Verified/Failed).

If Verification Fails:

• Double-check your CNAME record settings with your DNS provider.
• Ensure DNS changes have propagated (can take up to 24 hours).
• Contact support (support@qrcodechimp.com) if issues persist after 24 hours.

If Verification Succeeds: Your CNAME record is correctly configured and ready for white label setup completion by our technical team.
