How to update information on bulk-created Digital Business Cards or modify entries (Add/Delete)?

Follow the steps below to update information on bulk-created Digital Business Cards or to add or delete a card from your bulk upload.


Step 1: Go to your QRCodeChimp Dashboard and click the Bulk QR codes option on the left panel.

Step 2: Find the bulk file you want to update and click on the more option (three dots).


Step 3: Select the Upload Edited QR Excel option. A pop-up ‘Upload Edited QR Codes’ will appear on the screen. 


Step 4: Click on the ‘Download existing QR codes Excel file’ option, the file will get downloaded on your device. Make the required updates in the Excel file.

Step 5: Click Upload Data File to upload your edited Excel file. The system will validate your file, and if any errors are found, you'll see detailed error messages along with the corresponding row numbers in the Validation Completed pop-up.

Step 6: Once your file is successfully validated, click Upload on the Validation Completed pop-up to finish uploading your file.

The upload process will run in the background. You can check the status from the dashboard.

Step 7: The updating process may take a few minutes to complete, you will see the message In Queue and a Refresh button. Click on the Refresh button in a few minutes to check if the process is completed.

The steps mentioned above will help you to update the digital business cards created in bulk.
