Why are my digital business cards in paused state?

The primary reason your digital business cards are paused is that you have exhausted your Digital Business Card limit.

The maximum number of digital business cards you can create in your account is determined by your current plan. Please note that this limit is also tied to your dynamic QR code limit.

For example, if you're on the 'Free' plan and your limit for dynamic QR codes is 10, while your limit for digital business cards is 1, you have the option to either create 10 dynamic QR codes for solutions other than digital business cards or create one digital business card and use the remaining 9 dynamic QR codes for other solutions.
