Can the Chimp logo (loader) be removed?

Yes, you can replace the default Chimp loader image with a different image by following the below-mentioned steps:

1. Go to Dashboard
2. Click on the Profile option in the sidebar menu

3. Click on the Edit icon of the default loader logo

   
   

   

4. Select the image from your local file manager and crop the image to your preference.

   
   

   

Moving forward, this image will be the default loader image for all the new QR codes you create. Please note that this will not change the loader image of the existing QR code.

The steps to change the loader image of the existing QR codes will depend on the solution type of the created QR codes.

Follow these steps for solution types: vCard Plus, Event, Coupon, Social Media, Facebook, App Download, Image Gallery, Menu, and Landing Page:

1. Go to Dashboard.

2. Click on the edit link of the corresponding QR code.

   
   

   

3. Upload the loader image.

4. Click on Save QR Code.

   
   

   

Follow these steps for solution types: Digital Business Cards, Product QR Codes, Pet ID Tags, PDF Gallery, Medical Alert, Multi URL, Event Ticket, and Business Page:

1. Go to Dashboard.

2. Click on the edit link of the corresponding QR code.

   
   

   

3. Go to the Design/Settings tab.
4. Upload and select the page loader image.

5. Click on Save.
