Why my Apple Wallet is not working for Digital Business Card?

Your Apple Wallet for Digital Business Card may not work due to one of the following reasons:


  1. Your uploaded profile photo or brand logo is in .svg format.

    Solution: Upload the profile photo and brand logo in .jpg or .png format.


  2. An incorrect color code (hex code) was entered for the "Colors" section of the "Design and Settings" tab of your digital business card page.

    Solution: Choose the color from the provided color palette or enter the correct color code.
