Why can't I see an 'Add to Contacts' button anywhere on my digital business card?
There are two possible reasons for not seeing the 'Add to Contacts' button on your digital business card page. Firstly, you may have accidentally disabled the 'Add to Contacts' button in the 'Contact Us' section, or secondly, you might have disabled the entire 'Contact Us' section itself.
To enable the ‘Add to Contacts’ button on your digital business card page, please follow the below-mentioned steps:
- Go to your dashboard.
- Click on the Individual QR Codes option in the Sidebar menu
Click on the Edit link of your digital business card
Edit Digital Business Card - Scroll down to the Contact Us section and enable this section.
- Enable the ‘Add to Contact’ floating button.
Click on the Save button.
