Can I make my existing static QR code dynamic?
Yes, you can convert a static QR code into a dynamic one in QRCodeChimp by editing the QR code, selecting Make dynamic, and saving it.
Important: When you save a static QR code as dynamic, QRCodeChimp generates a new QR code image. You must download and reprint the newly generated dynamic QR code.
The same QR code record will then be saved as dynamic on your dashboard. The earlier static version will not appear separately.
Any previously printed static QR code will continue to contain its original encoded data or destination. It will not reflect changes made to the new dynamic QR code, and its scans will not be tracked as scans of the dynamic QR code.
