Can I move my QR codes from one QRCodeChimp account to another?
Moving QR codes from one QRCodeChimp account to another requires involvement from our technical team. Due to the efforts required, this request is chargeable, and the cost is $200 USD per request for transferring up to 10 dynamic QR codes.
We recommend recreating the QR codes with the same content in your new account, as this is usually faster and does not involve any additional cost.
If you still wish to proceed with transferring QR codes, please follow the steps below:

Email our support team with details of the QR codes that you want to transfer. Share either:
a. A list of the QR codes you want to move with their short URLs, or
b. Clear images of the QR codes you want to transfer.
- An approval must be sent from the QR code owner’s account email to authorize the transfer.

Once we review and confirm the request and approval, complete the payment of $200 USD using the following link:
- After completing the payment, email our support team with the transaction number and the email address used for the payment. You can also share a screenshot of the payment.
Once we receive the owner’s approval, QR code details or images, and payment information, our team will process the request. The transfer typically takes 2 to 3 business days to complete.
