Our QR code links are blocked and blacklisted by Web Shield, why?
Usually, this happens when your Wi-Fi network uses very restrictive rules, for example, to allow only the URLs or domains that are in the whitelist.
To validate this, please check the page (re-scan the QR code) by switching off the wi-fi on your cellphone and moving to the mobile data plan and check.
If the page works fine, then let us know your security provider details. We may have to email them to put our domain on the whitelist. But if you still face problems with the mobile data plan, then we will have to check your destination URL, as our security algorithms might have marked it as a potential risk for end users, which our tech team will analyze manually and take corrective action immediately.
