How do I change the payment card?
Depending on your case, follow the steps below to change your payment card.
Case 1: You've enabled the Auto Renewal option on your billing page and wish to change the default card before auto renewal.
1. Go to Dashboard and click on 'My Plan & Billing' under Settings on the left panel.
2. Click on 'Change Card.'
3. A pop-up appears to Choose default payment. Click on 'Add Payment Method.'
4. Add a new card pop-up appears. Enter the card details and click on 'Save.'
5. Confirm your billing address and click on 'Save.'
6. Click on 'OK.'
7. Choose the card to be used as the default, and then click on 'Save.'
Case 2: You've disabled the Auto Renewal option on your Billing page and wish to change the card at the time of renewal.
If Auto Renewal is disabled in your Billing settings, you can update your payment card when you extend or upgrade your plan.
1. Go to the Billing page and, based on your requirement, choose Upgrade Plan (to switch to a higher plan) or Extend Current Plan (to continue your existing plan).
2. A pop-up will appear showing your plan details. Review them carefully, then click Proceed for Payment.
3. Another pop-up will display your saved card details along with the option to Change Payment Method. Click Change Payment Method.
4. Enter your new card details and proceed with the payment.
Once payment is successful, your new card details will be saved for future transactions.
Note: If you've paid with Razorpay gateway, the above steps are not applicable.
