How do I change the payment card?
Depending on your case, follow the steps below to change your payment card.
Case 1: You've enabled the Auto Renewal option on your billing page and wish to change the default card before auto renewal.
1. Go to Dashboard and click on 'My Plan & Billing' under Settings on the left panel.
2. Click on 'Change Card.'
3. Click on 'Add Payment Method.'
4. Enter the card details and click on 'Save.'
5. Confirm your billing address and click on 'Save.'
6. Click on 'OK.'
7. Choose the card to be used as the default, and then click on 'Save.'
1. Go to Dashboard and click on 'My Plan & Billing' under Settings on the left panel.
2. Click on 'Extend Plan.'
3. Turn off the Auto Renewal switch, if you wish to manually renew your plan in future and click on 'Proceed for Payment.'
4. Click on 'Change Payment Method.'
5. Enter your new card details and proceed with the payment.
In the event of a successful payment, the new card details will be saved for future use.
Note: If you've paid with Razorpay gateway, the above steps are not applicable.
Case 3: You want to change the payment card after your paid subscription has expired.
1. Go to the Pricing page.
2. Click on the ‘Choose Plan’ button.
3. A pop-up will appear on screen to use the existing Card or Change Payment Method. Click on the ‘Change Payment Method’ option.
4. Add the new card details, i.e. the Card holder name, card number, expiration date, Security code, then click on Proceed button to make the payment.
