How does upgrading from one yearly plan to another work?

If you switch from one yearly plan to another before your renewal date, you only need to pay the pro-rated difference.

• Your new plan will be valid for one year from the date of the upgrade payment.
• The payable amount is calculated by subtracting the unused value of your current plan from the cost of the new plan.
• You can also move from a monthly plan to a yearly plan while upgrading to a higher plan. However, it’s not possible to switch from a yearly to a monthly plan.

Example:

Suppose you purchased the PRO (Yearly) plan for $167.88 on 01 July 2023 (renewal due on 01 July 2024). If you upgrade to the ULTIMA (Yearly) plan on 01 January 2024, the unused value of your PRO plan ($83.94) will be deducted from the ULTIMA plan price ($419.88).

You’ll pay $335.94 for the upgrade, and your new plan will be valid until 01 January 2025.

Steps to upgrade your yearly plan:

1. Log in to your QRCodeChimp account and go to the Pricing page.
2. Switch to Billed Yearly.

3. Select the plan you want to upgrade to.

   

4. Proceed with the payment.
