Why does my claimed QR code lead to an error screen displaying 'You forgot to Save your Dynamic QR Code!' when scanned?

You may get the error message 'You forgot to Save your Dynamic QR Code!' on scanning your claimed QR code if you have accidentally deleted the said QR code.

If the deletion has occurred within the last 30 days, there is a possibility to restore this QR code from the trash.

To recover your claimed QR code from trash, please follow the below-mentioned steps:

  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Click on Trash in the sidebar menu

  3. Click on the Restore option of the deleted QR code you wish to restore

  4. Click on the 'Restore' button in the confirmation popup.

Once the QR code is restored from the trash, please make sure to save the information to the claimed QR code if not already saved.


Follow the below-mentioned steps to save the information to the claimed QR code:


  1.  Go to your Dashboard if not already on the Dashboard.
  2. Click on Individual QR Codes.
  3. Click on Edit.

  2. Click on Save.
